Therapy is a customized path. There's no fixed rule regarding the duration of therapy sessions as healing paths vary. Typically, weekly or bi-weekly sessions span over 3-6 months, yet many clients opt to extend their therapy. Our collaborative aim is to reach your goals and evaluate therapy's benefits, enhancing self-awareness, overcoming limiting beliefs, and empowering you to lead a balanced and purposeful life.

What’s the cost and do you accept insurance?
At Crafting Balance, LLC, we exclusively offer cash-pay services for Individual and Couples Therapy, ensuring transparent and flexible care. We also provide sliding scale rates to make our services accessible. You can view our fees here, and feel free to inquire about our sliding scale during your complimentary 20-minute consultation.

Each new client must have an initial diagnostic assessment appointment which helps the therapist gain a better understanding of the client’s needs. Moving forward your session length is your choice and based on scheduling availability.

Payment in full is expected at the start of each session. Crafting Balance accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. At Crafting Balance, cash-paying clients are eligible to receive reimbursement invoices, available for request on a monthly basis.
