Grief & Cognitive Processing

Grief can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating. Through a combination of grief counseling and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we’ll work together to navigate the emotional pain of loss while exploring the thoughts and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. This approach gently helps you process difficult memories, reduce guilt or self-blame, and find meaning after loss—at your own pace, and in your own way.
