Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.

• Collaborate with community providers and participate in interdisciplinary teamwork as needed.

• Document treatment progress and efforts promptly, ensuring compliance with agency standards, licensing board requirements, and COMAR regulations.

• Uphold ethical standards aligned with agency values, professional licensing standards/ requirements, and perform services with professionalism.

• Fulfill additional duties to support agency goals and quality standards as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Mental Health Professional in Washington DC, and/or North Carolina (e.g., LICSW, LCSW/LCSW-C, LMSW/LGSW, LCPC, LGPC, LCMFT).

• Part-Time: Minimum availability of 15 hours per week.

• Full-Time: Minimum availability of 22 hours per week.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage patient electronic health records and prioritize documentation.
